How to Make Sweet & Salty Breakfast Sammie
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the cheese and ham between the two slices of bread.
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat on stovetop.
- In a bowl, beat the egg and add the milk; Whisk with a fork to mix. Dip both sides of the sandwich into the egg mixture and grill in melted butter. Flip over and cook on other side.
- Serve warm with syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
