sweet bell pepper sauce bread
This is a great recipe to use with my sweet bell pepper sauce..the roasting of the peppers makes this bread so tasty, you will make it often. This recipe makes 2 loaves, or you can make rolls or use as pizza dough..that tastes awesome!

Ingredients
- 7 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon each or salt and black pepper
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chunky red bell pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make sweet bell pepper sauce bread

Step 1In your large mixer bowl,mix together 2 1/2 cups flour, salt, black pepper and undissolved yeast. In a small saucepan,heat milk, water and butter to 110^.Gradually add this to the dry ingredients in the mixer bowl. Mix 2 minutes at medium speed of your electric mixer. Add the egg and 1 cup of flour. Mix on high for 2 minutes. photo made in casserole

Step 2Stir in the red bell pepper sauce and enough additional flour to make a soft dough. On a floured surface knead 4 or 5 minutes. photo free style on baking pan

Step 3Divide dough in half and shape into 2 loaves. Can be placed on a baking sheet, in 2 casserole bowls or 2 8x4-inch loaf pans. Cover; let rise in warm place for about 45 minutes;until double in size. Preheat oven to 375^. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done; remove from pans; check to see if it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom of loaf. (Indicates done). Cool on wire rack. Brush top and sides with butter if desired. Look for my red bell pepper sauce
