stuffed mozzarella garlic bread
Found this wonderful recipe in my inbox today. Makes my mouth water just looking at the picture. I am making this next time I cook pasta, or maybe even before! Recipe: pillsbury.com

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crusty french loaf or country italian bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make stuffed mozzarella garlic bread

Step 1Place bread dough, seam side down, on foil-lined cookie sheet.

Step 2Cut half-inch deep slashes 1-inch apart with sharp knife on top of dough. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic salt together. Brush on top of dough, and insert cheese into each slash.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 to 27 minutes or until deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan while still hot, if desired. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
