MAKES ONE LOAF
Ingredients
- 1 - italian bread, some bread removed from inside top
- 2 boxes frozen spinach, defrosted n squeezed dry
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bag shredded mozzerella or an 8 oz pkg mozzerella sliced thin
- - salt n pepper to taste
How To Make spinach bread

Step 1SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD SPINACH & ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER & CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.

Step 2SPOON SPINACH ONTO SLIGHTLY HOLLOWED TOP OF ITALIAN BREAD SMOOTH TO COVER, THEN TOP WITH MOZZARELLA & COVER WITH BREAD BOTTOM.

Step 3PREHEAT OVEN 350 WRAP SPINACH BREAD IN TIN FOIL BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.

Step 4REMOVE FROM OVEN & WITH A SERRATED KNIFE CUT INTO SLICES THRU FOIL (THIS KEEPS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BREAD). REMOVE FOIL & ENJOY :)
