A NICE ADDITION FOR ANY MEAL....AND A DELICIOUS WAY OF GETTING VEGGIES IN YOUR DIET :)

Ingredients

  • 1 - italian bread, some bread removed from inside top
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, defrosted n squeezed dry
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bag shredded mozzerella or an 8 oz pkg mozzerella sliced thin
  • - salt n pepper to taste

How To Make spinach bread

  • Step 1
    SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD SPINACH & ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER & CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  • Step 2
    SPOON SPINACH ONTO SLIGHTLY HOLLOWED TOP OF ITALIAN BREAD SMOOTH TO COVER, THEN TOP WITH MOZZARELLA & COVER WITH BREAD BOTTOM.
  • Step 3
    PREHEAT OVEN 350 WRAP SPINACH BREAD IN TIN FOIL BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
  • Step 4
    REMOVE FROM OVEN & WITH A SERRATED KNIFE CUT INTO SLICES THRU FOIL (THIS KEEPS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BREAD). REMOVE FOIL & ENJOY :)
