spicy hot buns

I came up with this recipe on my own when I was trying to figure out what to do with some left over enchilada sauce. It was a hit. if you don't want it to spicy just replace some of the sauce with water.

Ingredients For spicy hot buns

  • 1 1/4 c
    enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    yeast

How To Make spicy hot buns

  • 1
    mix all if this in order in a bread machine. set for dough. or mix all this in a bowl starting with dry ingredients and adding wet. cover bowl and set in warm place to rise about 1 hour or double in size.

    take dough and shape it into the size and shape you want.

    place on oiled pan and bake at 350 for 15 min.
