- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine oil and milk.
- While stirring slowly add milk and oil to the flour mixture. Stir till smooth.
- Drop by spoonful into boiling broth. Poking them down into the broth as necessary.
- Cover and steam 12-15 min on low. (If using in crockpot leave turned to high.)
