pull apart bacon bread
Don't remember where this came from, but it's good and fairly simple...don't usually use frozen bread dough but it's convenient. In the early days, I actually made it up & ppl thought it was homemade...lol

Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, dice before cooking
- 1 - loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 - envelope ranch salad dressing mix
How To Make pull apart bacon bread

Step 1Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until partially cooked, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Step 2Roll thawed dough to 1/2" thickeness; brush w/1 Tblsp. olive oil. Using pizza cutter, cut dough into 1" pieces and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat.

Step 3Arrange pieces into a 9" x 5" oval on greased baking sheet, layer to make raised loaf. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes, til doubled.

Step 4Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes; then cover with foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes longer, until golden brown.
