  • 1 large
    loaf italian bread
  • 2 clove
  • 1 tsp
    granulated or powered garlic(not salt)
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 c
    grated italian cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano(dry crushed
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1 stick
    butter or margerine

How to Make Nana's JoAnn Italian Garlic Bread


  1. In a Sm-Med saucepan melt the butter add oil,when melted add the rest of the ingredients(not the cheese.Stir well when well blended take off heat set aside.Cut the bread in slices thickness depends on you.Take a basting brush and spread onto bread when your done adding the garlic sauce on the bread sprinkle the cheese on it you can add Paparika(optional)Place on cookie sheet bake at 400 till brown about 15 minutes
