mozzarella cheese yeast dinner rolls
This is such a wonderful, soft, and fluffy dinner roll. With the butter and olive oil brushed on before baking, you won't need to butter them. But you can never have too much butter! I usually double the recipe. Sometimes, I will add a cocktail sausage (or a chunk of regular smoked sausage) with the cheese. It makes a great breakfast roll! The dough will be sticky and wet. Turn out onto a well-floured surface and use well-floured hands to work with the dough, using extra flour as needed. Do not use too much, as you want to keep the dough soft. This creates a very light, fluffy roll.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These mozzarella cheese yeast dinner rolls are simply delicious. The roll itself is fluffy and buttery. Then, when you tear it open, there is a surprise of gooey cheese in the middle. Sprinkled on top is just the right amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese. These were perfect with a little marinara sauce as an appetizer, but they'd also be great alongside a pasta dish. They are Yummy with a capital Y!
