When I was little, my grandmother would make these dinner rolls for every holiday dinner. They were so delicious! Crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside! They were just especially good, and they still are!,Though no one makes them as especially good as she did!

Ingredients
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup luke warm water
- 4 cups all purpose flour
How To Make mamaw daniel's dinner rolls

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl in order shown.

Step 2Knead dough for several minutes until smooth. Cover and refrigerate dough for 12 hours.

Step 3Roll dough egg size and shape and lay on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover. Let stand at room temperature to rise for 2 hours.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside.
