  • - 1 box cornbread mix
  • - 2 egg whites
  • - 1 can organic black bean soup
  • - 1/2 cup 2% milk or whole milk
  • THIS CAN BE DOUBLE OR TRIPLED

How To Make low fat-high protein black bean cornbread

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. BEAT TOGETHER, EGG WHITES, SOUP,MILK. STIR IN CORNBREAD MIX. DO NOT ADD ANY OF THE THINGS CALLED FOR ON THE BOX.POUR INTO A OILED 8X8X2 BAKING LOAF PAN AND BAKE FOR 35-40 MINS.
