Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
How To Make italian zucchini bread

Step 1Combine in a large bowl the first 8 dry ingredients.

Step 2Add buttermilk, melted butter and eggs. Stir together with a spoon.

Step 3Fold in the shredded zucchini and mozzarella cheese.

Step 4Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with PAM. (I prefer to use 3 mini loaf pans.)

Step 5Bake in pre-heated 350°oven for 55 - 60 minutes until the center tests done (appx. 40 for the smaller pans).

Step 6Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes before removing from pan(s).
