Ingredients
- 1 1/3 - water, warm (about 110 degrees)
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups shredded longhorn cheddar cheese (5 ounces)
- 4 tablespoons milk, nonfat, dry
- 4 - canned jalapeno seeded and diced( pat dry)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons saf yeast or 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
How To Make hot jalapeno bread with longhorn cheese

Step 1Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in manufacturer,s instructions.Set on medium and program for the Basic cycle : Press Start

Step 2When the baking cycle, ends immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on rack. Let cool to room temperarure

Step 3Dough Cycle :::Or make the the recipe on the Dough cycle turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface ,form the loafs ,and place it in a pans.Let rise ,covered lightly with plastic wrap ,at room temperature until doubled in bulk about 45 minutes to 1 hour ,before baking. Bake at 375(2 loafs)
