This Recipe was given to me by a friend while I was in the hospital , with a Stroke with the instruction that I would bake again .And Praise God ,with God help I do

Ingredients For hot jalapeno bread with longhorn cheese

  • 1 1/3
    water, warm (about 110 degrees)
  • 4 c
    bread flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    shredded longhorn cheddar cheese (5 ounces)
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk, nonfat, dry
  • 4
    canned jalapeno seeded and diced( pat dry)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    saf yeast or 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast

How To Make hot jalapeno bread with longhorn cheese

    Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in manufacturer,s instructions.Set on medium and program for the Basic cycle : Press Start

    When the baking cycle, ends immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on rack. Let cool to room temperarure

    Dough Cycle :::Or make the the recipe on the Dough cycle turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface ,form the loafs ,and place it in a pans.Let rise ,covered lightly with plastic wrap ,at room temperature until doubled in bulk about 45 minutes to 1 hour ,before baking. Bake at 375(2 loafs)
