Ingredients

1/2 cwarm water

2 pkgactive dry yeast (2 tablespoons)

5 cbread flour

1/4 colive oil

1 1/2 ccool water

2 tspsalt

2 or 3 Tbsphoney
How to Make Honey Pizza Dough-Homemade
- Stir yeast into warm water until dissolved. Let stand.
In a large bowl of mixer with paddle add flour, cool water, salt, oil and honey -stir in the yeast mixture. - Knead with dough hook for about 5 minutes, or by hand for 7 minutes.
Place dough in a large greased bowl; cover with clean towel- allow to rise 30 minutes. - Punch down and divide into 16 pieces(for individual pizza) or (4 pieces for 16 inch pizzas). Coat each ball of dough in olive oil- wrap in plastic wrap or in freezer ziploc bags and freeze.
- To Use:
Remove from freezer the night before(8-12 hours) using.
Allow to thaw in fridge. Let rise until double in size, then punch down and make pizza or pizzas.
Very soft dough and freezes well!
