Ingredients

  • 12 - rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 2/3 cup diced ham
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoon butter

How To Make ham and parmesan rolls

  • Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham and grated cheese. With a pair of scissors, clip rolls into small pieces and drop into ham and cheese mixture. Stir frequently to coat dough pieces, until all rolls have been cut and added to the mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
Once all rolls are in the bowl, knead mixture with your hands to thoroughly combine. Place dough ball onto cutting board and form into a round disk.
  • Step 3
Cut into eight or twelve pieces depending on the size of rolls you want. Roll each piece into a ball and place on a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with baking spray.
  • Step 4
Let rise until double in size, about an hour. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter while still warm.
