I made this garlic bread to go with the 3 Meat Eggplant Parmesan that I made for dinner. Instead of using granulated garlic, I chose to use Garlic Juice which is much stronger in flavor. WE JUST LOVE GARLIC in our house. The flavor in this bread you can smell throughout the house while it bakes. The edges of the bread Is crispy & crunchy, & the middle of the bread is soft & chewy. I made this recipe for a Family event in Arkansas & one of the guys remarked that he had never had garlic bread with that much flavor before, & later returned for the left overs. Said he thought he was in Italy.
