Garlic Knots

Twana Kelley

Was looking for different ways to make rolls for dinner. Saw a recipe for knots and played around with it till I was able to make it my own and better then first time. My daughter gets very excited when she sees me rolling out the dough. And between her and my husband I don't have any left over.

  1. Put dough mix into bread machine according to manufactures recommendations and set it to the dough setting.
  2. Once done with proofing roll out dough and cut into 1in thick strips only 5in long.
  3. Tie the strips into a knot.
  4. Brush knots with olive oil.

  10. Put knots in bowl and pour garlic sauce over rolls and toss to get a good coating.
