- 1 - piece freezer rye bread
- 5 slices crisp bacon, finely crumbled and cooked
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
How To Make freezer bacon casserole bread

Step 1Thaw frozen dough as directed on Robin Hood Flour Freezer Yeast Dough site. Knead bacon and chives into dough until evenly distributed. Shape into a ball. Place in greased or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until doubled. Bake at 350^ for 45=50 minutes until done. Remove from casserole immediately. Cool on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
