I had these at our county fair. they were so chewy and delish I copied it. Now I dont have to wait for the fair to come to eat these

1 package of bagels
4 cups cooking oil
- spreadable cheese ( i prefer sharp cheddar) bacon cheese is also good.

How To Make county fair bagel bites

Step 1

cut bagels in 6's

Step 2

lay in cooking oil. I use stove, but you can use a deep fryer
Step 3

cooking for about a min or so then turn over. you want them to turn golden brown. when both sides are golden brown take out and place on plate with napkin.
Step 4

sprinkle garlic salt over bagels, add cheese spread and enjoy.
