cream-style corn (8 ounces)
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat cast iron skillet in oven for about 5-7 minutes.
2Mix cornmeal, eggs, vegetable oil and corn in medium bowl. FOLD IN sour cream.
3Remove skillet from oven and spray well with non-stick cooking spray. Add batter and cook for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
