- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked corned beef
- 16 ounces jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 or 2 packages party snack rye bread,toasted

Step 1In a 3 quart slow cooker- combine all ingredients but the bread. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheeses are melted, stir occasionally.
