This recipe was given to me by a friend several years ago. Every time I make it I think of her and how much I have not only enjoyed our friendship but this delicious cornbread. I hope that it becomes one of your favorites too.

1 14.5 oz can(s)
whole kernel corn (drained)
1 pkg
jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c
butter (melted)
1 c
sour cream
3 Tbsp

How to Make Cornbread Corn


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
  • 3Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • 4Pour into the baking dish and bake for 60 minutes or until tested done by poking the center of the cornbread with a knife that comes out clean.
