This recipe was given to me by a friend several years ago. Every time I make it I think of her and how much I have not only enjoyed our friendship but this delicious cornbread. I hope that it becomes one of your favorites too.

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 1 14.5 oz can(s)
    whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 pkg
    jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter (melted)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Cornbread Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 60 minutes or until tested done by poking the center of the cornbread with a knife that comes out clean.
