Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 cup fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced (or pablano)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 box cornbread mix (prepared according to box)

Step 1Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain fat and add the rest of the ingredients (except corn bread) mix well and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 2in individual greased ramekins or a 9x9 glass baking dish put meat mixture and cover with cornbread mix.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden
