Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oats
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 - egg
- 4 to 5 cups flour
- 1 cup shreddd mozzarella cheese
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons melte butter
How To Make cheesy italian pan bread

Step 1spray a 13x9 baking pan

Step 2in a saucepan bring water to a boil, add oats and butter. let cool

Step 3combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.add oat mixture and egg.

Step 4blend low speed of electric mixer. beat 3 minutes medium speed

Step 5stir in 1 3/4 cups to 2 1/2 cups flour and cheese to form stiff dough

Step 6knead 5 minutes adding more flour if needed

Step 7cover and let rise 15 minutes

Step 8press into prepared baking pan

Step 9cut in diaginal 1 1/2" apart. cut completely thru with sharp knife.

Step 10let rise 45 minutes

Step 11redefine cut marks and bake 375 degrees 15 minutes

Step 12spoon melted butter over and then sprinkle with topping *the dry ingredients that have been blended together.*

Step 13bake another 10 to 15 minutes
