candi's rosemary garlic french bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - egg yolk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon butter
How To Make candi's rosemary garlic french bread

Step 1In large bowl Mix milk, oil, egg yolk and rosemary together. Let sit until room tempurature. Mix in dry ingredients to form a ball of dough. Cover with plastic wrap and set in warm place for about 30-45 minutes

Step 2turn dough out onto floured surface, knead garlic into dough for about 5 minutes until garlic is well incorporated into dough. shape in french loaf and place on ungreased cookie sheet

Step 3Cover with towel and let rize for 15-20 minutes. Bake in 350* oven for 20-25 minutes. Place on cooling rack for 10 minutes, brush with butter and slice! This is a very soft bread, even the outside is soft
