1Heat oven to 400. Generously grease 3 loaf pans. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse meal.
2Stir in cheese. Whisk milk and eggs in another bowl to blend. Add to dough and stir until it's moistened. Divide batter among pans.
3Bake in preheated oven until brown on the top and tester comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Next, invert loaves onto racks and cool completely. Store bread in plastic wrap. Enjoy!
