This is a really easy and delicious recipe that's perfect for all seasons! We love to butter it and add jam for a quick breakfast, or eat it along side chili when it's cold. It's also delicious toasted and crumbled over salads.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make beer bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Slowly pour in the beer.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Step 5
    Pour the melted butter over the mixture.
  • Step 6
    Bake for one hour.
