Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2-1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make auntie shirley's zucchini bread

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray 2- 8" x 4" loaf pans w/ cooking spray. In bowl, sift together flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar.

Step 2Add flour mix to egg mix. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and walnuts. Pour batter evenly into pans.

Step 3Bake 40 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Remove bread from pans and cool completely.
