1mix warm water, yeast, brown sugar and olive oil until yeast is desolved.
add bread flour and salt form a dough, cover in oiled/greades bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
Melt butter and garlic in microwave.
2Turn dough out on floured surface, kneading isn't really neccessary with this dough. Roll out into large rectangle.
3slice each side with a sharp knife so each side has strips.
4fill with cheeses, pour garlic butter into cheese with a spoon to get as many garlic pieces into the cheese mixture. Reserve enough garlic/butter mixture to brush top of bread with.
5Fold end up over cheese mixture and braid your pieces from side to side to close. Folde final end up over cheese and last 2 dough strips over to seal.
Place on greased sheet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 15 minutes
6Brush with remaining garlic butter and bake in 350* oven for 20-30 minutes until starting to get golden on top of bread.
Brush with plain butter, slice and serve!
