How to Make 3 cheese garlic braid

  • 1mix warm water, yeast, brown sugar and olive oil until yeast is desolved.
add bread flour and salt form a dough, cover in oiled/greades bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
Melt butter and garlic in microwave.
  • 2Turn dough out on floured surface, kneading isn't really neccessary with this dough. Roll out into large rectangle.
  • 3slice each side with a sharp knife so each side has strips.
  • 4fill with cheeses, pour garlic butter into cheese with a spoon to get as many garlic pieces into the cheese mixture. Reserve enough garlic/butter mixture to brush top of bread with.
  • 5Fold end up over cheese mixture and braid your pieces from side to side to close. Folde final end up over cheese and last 2 dough strips over to seal.
Place on greased sheet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 15 minutes
  • 6Brush with remaining garlic butter and bake in 350* oven for 20-30 minutes until starting to get golden on top of bread.
Brush with plain butter, slice and serve!
