1 csalad oil

1 csugar

1 cbrown sugar

2 czucchini squash, peeled and grated,

2 1/2 csifted flour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
-
2 1/2 tspcinnamon

3 tspvanilla extract

1 cnuts, chopped
How To Make zucchini bread my mom's recipe

1Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and zucchini.

2Sift dry ingredients together and add to above mixture.

3Add vanilla and nuts

4Pour into greased loaf pan

5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

6Makes 2 loaves.

7NOTES: When I make mine I don't peel the zucchini and I finely shred it. I also squeeze some of the liquid out before adding it.
