1 call-purpose flour

1 cwhole wheat flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspskim milk

2 Tbsphoney

1- 8 ozcarton plain low-fat yogurt

vegetable cooking spray

1 Tbspcornmeal
How To Make whole wheat soda bread

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; still well. Combine milk, honey and yogurt, stirring well: add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Dough will be sticky).

2Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 3-4 times. Place dough on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll dough into a 7-inch circle. Make 8 (1/4" deep) cuts in a spoke fashion across top of dough with a sharp knife.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Cut into wedges and serve.
