Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 2 packages yeast
- 2 cups water, warm
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, mealted
- 1 - egg
How To Make white yeast bread

Step 1In a large bowl mix one cup of the flour and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stire in the remainder of the flour. Cover and allow to rise about 4 hours.

Step 2Push down and kneed for a few minutes and form into loaves. Cover and allow to rise a second time about 2 hours.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Butter top and allow to cool on wire rack.
