How to Make Wheat Popovers
- Preheat oven 400 to with popover pan on rack.
- Sift flour and salt; beat egg very light and mix with milk; mix gradually with flour and add butter; beat 2 minutes.
- Pour into hot greased popover cups or pans; bake 20-30 minutes. The mixture should be very cold and the pans very hot.
