Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese, divided
- 2 packages corn muffin mix (8.5 ounces)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup tiger sauce
- 2 - banana peppers, chopped
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes
How To Make tiger cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, heavy cream, margarine, beaten eggs ,tiger sauce, chopped banana peppers,cream-style corn, and cubed cream cheese; whisk together until blended.

Step 4Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded pepperjack cheese

Step 5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
