I created a bonus recipe for tiger sauce creation: try tiger sauce on cornbread. It's so delicious with fried chicken and mac and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese, divided
  • 2 packages corn muffin mix (8.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup tiger sauce
  • 2 - banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes

How To Make tiger cornbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Coat a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, heavy cream, margarine, beaten eggs ,tiger sauce, chopped banana peppers,cream-style corn, and cubed cream cheese; whisk together until blended.
  • Step 4
    Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded pepperjack cheese
  • Step 5
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
