With all the stress put on eating whole grains - try these. They are easy to mixup and simple to serve in the morning...even if your are rushed!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All Bran Cereal
  • 1 cup Whole Gain Cornmeal
  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2-1/2 cup Water
  • 2 - Eggs, well beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey

How To Make three-grain waffles

  • Step 1
    Combine dry ingredients. Add water, eggs, oil & honey. Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute on medium speed. Cover loosely & refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Give the mixture a stir before placing 1/2 cup on preheated waffle iron. Close lid quickly. Cook 5-6 minutes. Serve with butter & syrup plus fruit if you like. Simple.
