The best low carb/gluten free bread
3/4 cprotein powder plain zero carbs
1/2 ccoconut butter
3 Tbspstevia or munkfruit sugar
2 Tbspheavy cream
1 1/2 TSPS BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
How to Make The best low carb/gluten free bread
- Separate eggs whip white till cream like whip cream 5 to 6 min.spray bread pan line with parchment paper.
- In a med size bowl mix egg yolks,both butters protein powder, heavy cream and sweetener,baking powder and baking soda.
- When whites are ready take a little put into egg yolk mixer then fold very carefully the rest of the white a little at a time . If there is a little white not mixed no big deal.
- Pour batter into bread pan cook in a 375 degree oven for about 40 min. Keep an eye on it I turned mine half way through cool on a wire rack.
