My husband really loves cornbread.He would probably eat it every nite if i fixed it,especially when pintos are involved.I decided to try something a little differant instead of just plain cornbread.It's simple,quick,and mighty tastie.That's what Southern cooking is all about!

Ingredients
- 2 packages cornbread mix (not the sweet kind)
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 1 small can green chiles (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups grated monteray jack and cheddar cheese
How To Make tex-mex cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Prepare cornbread as directed on package.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients.Place in 13x9 pan.Spray bottom with Pam . Back for 35 to 40 mins and golden brown on top.
