Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (15-oz) cream style corn
  • 1 can (4-oz) green chile peppers, well drained
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup self rising yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13-inch baking dish; set aside.
