Ingredients

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box jiffy yellow cake mix
15 ounces can creamed corn
1 cup butter, melted or margarine
1 - egg

How To Make sweet corn cake

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. Will be lumpy.

Step 2

Pour in to a greased bread pan.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve while hot.
