Ingredients
- 4 cups high gluten flour
- 3 teaspoons vital wheat gluten with vitamin c
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- - stuffing
- 1/4 pound cooked sausage sliced thin
- 20 - slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup red & green peppers sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced & cooked onions
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup mozz cheese grated
- 1/2 cup parm cheese
How To Make stuffed bread

Step 1Place the flour, sugar, & yeast in a mixing bowl. mix well. Add the salt, oil,& water. In mixer using the hook mix all the ingredients. When it turn; to a ball, the dough is ready. Roll it in to a round 3/4 inch thick, set it aside. 1/2 Ib cooked sausage about 20 slices of pepperoni 1 cup red & green peppers sliced 1/2 cup sliced & cooked onions 1 cup spaghetti sauce 1 cup mozz cheese grated 1/2 cup parm cheese Method Place the 8 ingredients all over the top of the crust. Roll the crust in to a jelly roll type roll. Top tl bread with egg wash, & seseme seeds. Bake at 365 degrease until golden brown. ENJOY. It seams like a lot of work But iit is worth it.
