Ingredients
- 1 package pillsbury hot roll mix
- 1 - egg (for roll mix)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound sausage or ground beef, cooked
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup raw spinach, shredded (optional)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced and cooked (optional)
- - romano or parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Make stuffed bread

Step 1Make hot roll mix according to directions. (It is not necessary to let dough rise.) Roll dough into large 10x15 inch rectangle.

Step 2Roll dough into large 10x15 inch rectangle Sprinkle rest of desired ingredients on dough.

Step 3Roll up tightly, jelly roll fashion. Seal ends. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well. Cut in slices before freezing. Heat in foil.
