  • 3
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 1/2 c
    blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    strawberries, finely chopped

How to Make Strawberry Doughnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk eggs in large bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, honey and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Whisk in almond flour and baking soda until smooth.
  5. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Place the batter in doughnut pan.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, until brown. Let cool completely in pan.
  8. Enjoy!
