strawberry bread
This bread is so moist and delicious you won't want to stop eating it. I have made this with any type of frozen fruit and it comes out wonderfully. The only thing is that if you use frozen raspberries, you have to strain out the seeds before adding to the batter; the raspberry flavor is fantastic, the seeds hurt to crunch into with this so soft bread!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 1 1/4 cups nuts
- 3 - 10 oz pkgs frozen strawberries, thawed

Step 1Mix well. Bake in two greased bread pans for one hour at 350 degrees.
