dry yeast
2 c
warm water
1/2 c
butter-melted
4 c
self-rising flour

1/4 c
sugar

Step-by-Step

  • 1DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. LET STAND 5 MIN. COMBINE WITH BUTTER,AND FLOUR. STIR IN EGG AND SUGAR. (I BEAT THE EGG BEFOR ADDING)
  • 2COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. FILL GREASED MUFFIN TINS 2/3 FULL WITH BATTER, (I USE COOKIE SCOOP) BAKE 25 MINUTES. ENJOY..
