I love this recipe for rolls, it's quick, and easy, it makes about 2 dozen rolls. I use a small ice cream dipper, to fill with.

Ingredients
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 2 cups water, warm
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups self rising flour
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make spoon rolls

Step 1Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand 5 min. combine with butter and flour.

Step 2Stir in egg, and sugar, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Fill greased muffin tins with batter 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for approx. 24 min. enjoy!!!!

Step 4Batter will keep in frig, for upto 3 days...But it won't last that long, anyway!!
