I love this recipe for rolls, it's quick, and easy, it makes about 2 dozen rolls. I use a small ice cream dipper, to fill with.

Ingredients

2 pkg
active dry yeast
2 c
water, warm
1/2 c
butter, melted
4 c
self rising flour
1
egg
1/4 c
sugar

How to Make SPOON ROLLS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand 5 min. combine with butter and flour.
  • 2Stir in egg, and sugar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 3Fill greased muffin tins with batter 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for approx. 24 min. enjoy!!!!
  • 4Batter will keep in frig, for upto 3 days...But it won't last that long, anyway!!
