Spinach pie for the BBQ

One of my friends made this for us last week....so we tried to make it two. And it was wonderfull Great way for student to eat the green stuff

Ingredients

  • 1-2 sheet
    puff pastry (unfrozen)
  • 1 pkg
    bacon
  • 1
    onion
  • 1 pkg
    mushrooms diced
  • 1 pkg
    spinach, fresh
  • dash
    sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 c
    white chedder cheese, grated

How To Make

  • 1
    Dice the bacon,mushrooms and onion and cook in a sause pan.
  • 2
    Defrost the pastry and lay it out in a hinged grill. Cover half the pastry with devained spinach. Ontop of the spinach, place the bacon onion and mushroom mix
  • 3
    Cover with a dash of sweet chilli ontop.Cover with cheese and then the rest of the spinach.
  • 4
    Be carefull to take the pastry over the other part to make a pie. Make sure that all sides are closed
  • 5
    Put on the BBQ till pastry is cook through
