One of my friends made this for us last week....so we tried to make it two. And it was wonderfull Great way for student to eat the green stuff

Ingredients
- 1-2 sheet puff pastry (unfrozen)
- 1 package bacon
- 1 - onion
- 1 package mushrooms diced
- 1 package spinach, fresh
- dash sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cup white chedder cheese, grated
How To Make spinach pie for the bbq

Step 1Dice the bacon,mushrooms and onion and cook in a sause pan.

Step 2Defrost the pastry and lay it out in a hinged grill. Cover half the pastry with devained spinach. Ontop of the spinach, place the bacon onion and mushroom mix

Step 3Cover with a dash of sweet chilli ontop.Cover with cheese and then the rest of the spinach.

Step 4Be carefull to take the pastry over the other part to make a pie. Make sure that all sides are closed

Step 5Put on the BBQ till pastry is cook through
