1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water in a larg bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.
2Beat until smooth let stand uncovered, at room tempture,for 3 to 4 days. Cover bowl at night.
3Using your starter is simple, but always remember to keep back at least 1 cup of starter for the future.
4After removing starter, add 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon sugar. Again let stand until bubbly and well fermented for at least 3 to 4 days before using,again, If you do not use starter within 10 day add 1 teaspoon of sugar, if no use after that in another 10 days do the same.
