I'd buy these @ the mall to snack on, but now that I'm on a budget. I had to learn how to make these fantastic treats. So check them out.

  • 4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/4 c
    warm water
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
    bakin soda
  • 4 c
    hot water
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 stick
    butter melted

How to Make Soft Pretzel


  1. The way I listed the recipe is the best way to fallow it. You will do the first three on your list set aside for ten minutes to activate ur yeast,the fallowing four you mix ur ingedients once that is completed you can add ur yeast after the ten minutes have paased. You will make a dough once you combine all the above NOTE: If ur dough feels a tat bit dry add a little more hot water to ur dough. Cover up ur dough and set aside for one whole hour!! Some where warm! The baking soda and hot water in another bowl Note: this is to dip ur raw pretzel in b4 u place it on ur baking pan add ur salt and place in the oven @ 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes oven may vary on temp. Melt butter set a side Once your pretzels are cooked you can brush butter over them.
  2. Please note you can make them small,medium,lrg. The amount that u get varies. These are great for the kids for snack days at school, after school and other. You can even b creative with these pretzels suger cinnimon,add Sweet Raisin with cheese and so on...ALSO SAUSAGE WRAPS !!!
