scalded, cool milk
1/2 c
sugar
1 pkg
active dry yeast
2 large
beaten eggs
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
melted, cool butter
4 c
flour

How to Make Sis Jessie dinner rolls recipe

Step-by-Step

  • 1combine milk, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Let stand 1/2 hour. Add eggs, salt,, cooled butter and flour.(one cup at a time)
  • 2Mix well with a wooden spoon. Cover(with a clean dish towel) and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 2 hours).
  • 3Place on a floured board or kitchen counter. roll 1/2" thick, and cut with a round biscuit cutter. Lightly butter tops and fold in halfl.
  • 4Place in baking pan, slightly touching; let rise again for 1 hour. Bake 350 degree, for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown then brush with melted butter again. Enjoy!!!!!
