Ingredients
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can cream corn
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups gouda cheese
- 1 1/2 - mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 fluid chicken stock
- - chopped bacon
- 2 cups medium raw shrimp
- - frozen crawfish (optional)-good handful
- 1/2 cup green onion
How To Make shrimp & crawfish cornbread

Step 1Pour cornbread mix in bowl with creamed corn, eggs, cheeses, & cajun seasoning. Add melted butter & chicken stock.

Step 2Stir in bacon, shrimp, crawfish, & onion & mix well. Pour into a hot cast iron skillet with a little hot grease.

Step 3Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Butter the top & serve.
